At SmartSenses, we want shipping to be as straightforward as our products. Here you'll find all the important information at a glance.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is currently free for all orders within the entire EU.

Processing Time
We typically process your order within 1–2 business days after receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time
Our devices are shipped directly from our manufacturing partner. Therefore, delivery usually takes 10–20 days. We prefer to be honest rather than make unrealistic promises – these times will be significantly reduced once we switch to our own warehouse.

Delivery Area
We currently deliver to all countries within the European Union.

Customs, Taxes & Import
All prices shown include VAT. For deliveries within the EU, you will not incur any additional customs or import fees – no hidden costs upon delivery.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

Delays
In rare cases, delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or high demand. If your order hasn't arrived after 30 days, please contact us – we'll take care of it immediately.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Details on returns and refunds can be found in our Return and Refund Policy.
