Lenses
Wipe with a microfibre cloth. For stubborn smudges,
slightly damp the cloth with water — never use alcohol,
ammonia, or paper towels.

Storage
Keep in the included case when not in use. Avoid leaving
in direct sunlight or hot environments (e.g., car
dashboards) — heat damages battery life.

Battery
Charge with the included USB-C cable. Avoid fully draining
the battery before charging. Expect ~500 full charge cycles
of normal lifespan.

Water
Most models are splash-resistant, not waterproof. Check the
spec table for IP rating. Don't submerge.

Drops
Treat them like eyewear, not a phone. The TR90 frame is
flexible but the electronics are not impact-rated.

Firmware
Updates ship through the companion app (HeyCyan / AIREC,
depending on model). Update when prompted to keep AI
translation models current.
